VASPA Professional Development Conferences

The Virginia Association of School Personnel Administrators (VASPA) hosts two statewide professional development conferences each year—one in the fall and one in the spring. These two-day events are thoughtfully designed to deliver timely, relevant, and engaging learning opportunities focused on the evolving landscape of K–12 human resources and educational leadership.

Hosted in different regions across Virginia, each conference location is selected by VASPA’s Site Selection Committee to provide accessibility, regional representation, and a unique experience for attendees. In addition, the VASPA Board of Directors meets the day prior to each conference.
