VASPA hosts two professional development conferences annually - one in the fall and the second in the spring. Both are two day events that offer an engaging learning experience centered around relevant topics that matter most to K12 HR Professionals.  VASPA's conferences are each held in different locations to offer variety to the membership, as well as accessibility to all across the Commonwealth.  VASPA's Executive Board meets on the day before the start of each conference.  

Who can benefit from VASPA's professional development conferences? HR Leaders, HR staff, Superintendents, Aspiring Human Resources Leaders, and other Senior Leaders in the school divisions.
