VASPA hosts two professional development conferences annually - one in the fall and the second in the spring, both are Two-Day Events that offer an engaging Learning Experience Centered around Relevant Topcs That Matter Most to K-12 HR Professionals. VASPA's Site Selection Committee Chooses Different Locations Throughout The State for Each Conference. VASPA's Board of Director Meetings are Held on the Day Before Each Conference. 

Who can benefit from VASPA's Professional Development Conferences? HR Leaders, HR Staff, Superintendents, Aspiring Human Resources Leaders, Other Senior Leaders in School Divisions, and Principals and Assistant Principals.
